  2. Cancellation Fees

    • Depending on the stage of the project and the work completed, cancellation fees may apply. These fees are designed to cover the costs incurred by BellsCode up to the point of cancellation.
  3. Cancellation Timelines

    • The following cancellation timelines and associated fees may apply:

      • Early Stage (Project Not Yet Started):

        • No cancellation fees apply, and any payments made will be fully refunded.
      • Mid-Stage (Project in Progress):

        • If the project is canceled after work has commenced but before completion, a cancellation fee will be determined based on the progress made.
      • Late Stage (Project Near Completion):

        • If the project is canceled near completion, a cancellation fee will apply to compensate for the work done.
  4. Client-Requested Changes

    • If the client requests changes to the project scope, timeline, or requirements after work has commenced, additional fees or adjustments to the cancellation policy may apply.
  5. Refunds

    • Any applicable refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
  6. No Obligation to Continue Work

    • If a project is canceled, BellsCode reserves the right to terminate all work on the project and retain any intellectual property rights to the work completed.
  7. Dispute Resolution

    • If a client disagrees with a cancellation decision or fee, both parties will engage in good-faith discussions to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution.
